Do you offer outfit guidance?
Absolutely! I will send an outfit guide upon booking to assist you in outfitting your family that follow my style recommendations that look best on camera.
What is an outfit guide?
The outfit guide is unique to Monarchino Photography clients! When you book a session with me, you will receive a digital brochure full of tips for planning your session to make it as easy and dreamy as possible! Tips include what to wear, how to prep your family and so much more!
Do you offer custom styling services?
I do offer a styling service just for you and your family. When you book a session you can add on the styling service. Here is how it will work:
1. Book your session, let me know that you want me to style your session.
2. I will send a questionnaire to get a feel for what you are envisioning for your session. It will include questions to help me understand your likes, dislikes, and budget for clothing styles and colors.
3. I will create a style board for you with images of possible outfit selections that follow my style recommendations for what's best on camera.
4. Once you LOVE the style board I will send you the links for the clothing choices and you can order easily online and everything will show up at your door.
The best part is that this service takes all of the outfit planning off of you and you are guaranteed to have outfits that follow the style that you see in my photos.
Investment: $125 (plus tax) up to 6 people. Each additional person is $20.
Is there a deposit?
Yes- you are officially booked after you sign the contract and pay 50% of your total as a retainer.
How do I book with you?
Once we have decided that we are a good fit, and you would like to book, I will send you a contract and an invoice. After submitting the signed contract and deposit, you are officially booked!
How do I get my photos?
Once your photos are ready, you will receive an email with a link to an online, gallery where you can view, favorite, share and download your photos.
How quickly do I get my photos back?
While slow and busy seasons can impact turnaround times, you can expect to receive your completed gallery within approximately 3-4 weeks of the date of your session. Please note that during busy seasons, this timeframe may vary.
How much tax is added to my total?
7% tax will be added on to your final session price.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Pella, Iowa. I do travel! Any location within 30 miles of Pella is included with the session price. If you are located farther away I'd love to come to you! There is a travel fee of $1.00 per mile that will be added to the session price.
Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes I do! Mini sessions are 15 minutes and offered on various dates through out the year. A 50% retainer fee must be paid at the time of booking to hold your spot. This non-refundable retainer does go toward your total session fee.
Do you offer photography sessions other than birth, newborn + motherhood?
I absolutely do! I want to be there for all of your moments. Take me with you!
